AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER
- As soon as you place an order on our website, we receive the order details and it is scheduled for dispatch within 2 business days.
- Once dispatched, you will receive the shipment details and Airway Bill number (AWB no.) via email and SMS provided by you when you placed the order.
- Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra. Our order processing is quick and with best shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- All order are shipped to the shipping address you submit at checkout. Your order should reach you within 7-10 business days. The duration of deliveries could be affected due to difficult weather conditions, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the weight, volume and dimensions of the product and your delivery shipping address. For orders above INR 1000/-, shipping is free for you and there will be no shipping charged for standard delivery.

- In case you need to cancel the order for any reason, you can cancel at no charges within 24 hours.
- Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
- Shipping charges are applicable if the order is Cancelled after shipping. The remaining cost is refunded to you. Please read below for the refund process.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS-
It's our continued effort to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
- An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- Bags are not applicable for exchange.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 14 days of delivery with the following information: -Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the product.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
CREDIT NOTE FOR EXCHANGE & RETURN
Once our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you a credit note.
• We offer credit notes only.
• If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge.
• The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed online on our website.
- Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase.
- Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.
- Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
