Water is my go to drink. I prefer a glass of water to sip on while working, while socialising and even at parties and even if I'm sipping on stronger stuff.
I can easily skip the caffeine in the evenings or when we have guests at home with a glass of chilled infused water. If the weather is cold then here's a hot brew option.
And if avoiding alcohol, a glass of infused water is easy to keep up with the rest finishing bottles or enjoy your indulging bath soaks.

No added sugar, no unidentifiable mixers, no complicated recipes, absolutely delicious and the right kind refreshing.
How to make a Pineapple & Pomegranate infusion?
Ingredients (For 2 glasses):
- Pineapple slices (chilled) -about 2 slices are good
- Pomegranate (peeled)- 1/2
- Sprig of mint leaves
- Half or less fresh lemon juice
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- A pinch of fresh ground pepper
Mix it all in a jar, give it a stir and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
To serve: Give it a stir and serve chilled with a slice of pineapple, some Pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint leaves.
